Data Deletion Instructions

Fourleaf Marketing respects your right to have your personal information deleted. This page explains what we hold and how to ask us to remove it.
What we may hold about you
- Messages you sent to our Facebook Page on Messenger (text and images, such as payment screenshots) and your Facebook Page-Scoped ID.
- Your public Facebook name and profile photo, used to help our team assist you.
- Contact and inquiry details you chose to share — name, phone, email, company, shipping address — and the products, quotations, orders, and payments tied to your inquiry.
How to request deletion
Use any one of these. We’ll confirm once it’s done.
- Message our Page: m.me/4leafmarketing — send the word “DELETE”and we’ll remove your data.
- Email us: luckyflores@fourleaf.ph with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email you contacted us with (or tell us your Facebook name so we can locate your conversation).
- You can also remove our app’s access from Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then message us to delete the conversation records on our side.
What happens next
We will delete the personal information we hold about you within 30 days of verifying your request, except records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons (for example, completed-order and payment records may be retained for the period required by Philippine law). Once that retention period ends, those records are deleted too.
