Information we collect

• Messenger conversations. When you message our Facebook Page, we receive the messages you send (text and images, such as payment screenshots) and a Facebook Page-Scoped ID that identifies you to our Page. We may also retrieve your public Facebook name and profile photo to help our team assist you.
• Contact & inquiry details. Information you choose to share — name, phone number, email, company, shipping address — and the products you ask about.
• Order & payment information. Items, quantities, quotations, and proof-of-payment details you send so we can process and confirm orders.
• Catalog access. If you unlock full pricing/specs on the website, the email (and optional name/phone/company) you provide, plus basic campaign info (e.g. the ad source that referred you).

How we use it

• Answer your inquiries about products, pricing, stock, and availability.
• Prepare quotations and process and confirm your orders and payments.
• Follow up with you about your inquiry or order through Messenger or your contact details.
• Only if you opt in (the newsletter checkbox on our unlock form), send you occasional product news and price updates by email. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops these emails immediately.
• Operate and improve our catalog and customer service.

We use an automated assistant (chatbot) and human agents to respond to messages. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising & analytics cookies

On our public catalog we use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Facebook (Meta). It tracks page and product views and inquiries (such as searching the catalog or unlocking pricing) and shares this activity — including a hashed, pseudonymized record of the actions you take on our site — with Meta to help us measure and improve our advertising. The Pixel is only active on this public catalog; it never runs on our staff or admin tools.

You can review and disconnect this activity through Meta’s Off-Facebook Activity controls. You can also ask us to delete information we hold about you — see our Data Deletion Instructions.

How we share it

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as Facebook (Meta) for Messenger and the Meta Pixel (advertising and measurement), Google (for our team’s spreadsheets and storage), and our AI assistant provider to generate replies. These providers process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to serve you and to keep records of inquiries, orders, and payments. You may ask us to access or delete your information at any time by messaging our Facebook Page or emailing us at the address below, and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
